Nothing says celebration like the addition of a little glamour and sparkle. The first dessert is actually 2 treats in one: pearlized flower cookies in a candy basket. On Ask Nancy, Nancy is joined by Sarah Phillips from Baking 911 with the answers to viewer questions. Today's questions are about types of cakes. Next it's a fondant cake featuring ribbon roses and draping. Then it's time for a special feature this season, we travel to ICES, the International Cake Exploration Societe and meet with some of the leading cake designers to learn about some of their creations and techniques.
